The Art of You
1/2 day retreat
You’re invited to pause, breathe, connect to the wisdom of your heart and body, and express yourself creatively.
Our retreat begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation. Then, we will deepen our trust and connection to our intuitive wisdom through automatic writing and working with personal symbols.
We will then make art! With open hearts and inspired by our cacao ceremony, meditation, and automatic writing, we will explore our essence through art, making two personal expression pieces while embracing the therapeutic process of creativity. We will use various mixed media supplies that will allow you to make something unique.
I will be your guide through the entire process.
The well-being of women significantly impacts the well-being of the collective—the collective at large and our immediate circle of relationships. We are the world's leaders, changemakers, and healers; we're needed more than ever!
It is okay to prioritize your needs; it is necessary. It is also okay to nurture your Creative Soul.
Briefly step away from the demands of life and nourish yourself with creative expression, space, and time to connect with your heart, body, and intuition.
Leave with two beautiful pieces of art made by you, feeling seen and supported in community, and some practices to implement at home.
Each attendee will also receive a CREATIVITY KIT to continue their art-making practice at home.

The Art of You is a half day retreat.
All art supplies will be provided.
Snacks and beverages, including tea will be served and available during the entire retreat. If you’d like to bring something of your own, feel free to do so.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with directions, what you need to bring and my telephone number should you need to reach me.

Absolutely no art-making experience is necessary! My workshops and retreats are excellent for beginners and women with painting experience.
You will learn new skills that will allow you to begin a painting practice independently. These skills will help you use creativity to transform and access inner wisdom.

No, I do not offer virtual workshops. While I am grateful for technology's ability to connect people from all over the world and learn online, I feel that offering in-person workshops and retreats is essential at this time. We need in-person connection and community for our well-being.

Absolutely! I love special events, and doing something creative together is always fun!
I ask that we schedule a brief call to discuss your event. I will then email you a quote for the event. If you’d like to proceed with booking, an agreement and deposit request will be forwarded. Full payment is required before the start of the event.
I will provide all art-making supplies. However, the host is responsible for access to water and tables. I will bring appropriate table covers.
