The Art of Journaling

A Monthly Workshop

Joining the list does not commit you to anything; it only confirms that you are interested and want to receive updates regarding monthly Art Journaling Workshops.

The next ART OF JOURNALING WORKSHOPS are on

Wednesday, January 28th & Wednesday, February 25th.

7:00 pm—9:00 pm

Open vintage book with blank pages placed on top of a scattered collection of old handwritten letters and envelopes.

Since I was young, journaling has been a source of comfort and self-expression. When I began making art, I discovered that combining words and images in an art journal was deeply healing. I enjoyed it, and it allowed me to express myself when words alone could not.

  • Art journaling offers a private space for expression—your art never needs to be shown or judged

  • No pressure: pages aren’t precious, you can freely explore

  • Helps you process emotions and find clarity when words aren’t enough

  • Nurtures creativity and intuition in a regular, gentle practice

  • Invites joy, play, and self-discovery into your everyday life

  • It is a space to test ideas for larger pieces

Why start an art journaling practice?

A flat lay of a collage with notes, a small branch with white flowers, and printed photos, including a window with curtains and a cozy room, arranged on a surface.

We will gather monthly, either on Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

  • Guided creative time with prompts and inspiration.

  • Explore making art in a journal or create loose pages for a handmade journal.

  • Personal guidance and support from me throughout

  • All supplies provided—just bring yourself

  • Connect in community with like-minded women

  • Nurture your body, mind, and soul through creativity and connection
