Absolutely no art-making experience is necessary! Chances are, you have made art at one point in your life and perhaps don’t realize it.
I know for sure that creativity is innate. How we express it may vary from person to person.
My workshops are designed to awaken this aspect of yourself. At the same time, you will be learning professional art skills.
I will be your guide along the way, whether you have painting experience or not.

Yes! In each workshop and course, I teach professional artist techniques that will allow you to continue to make art on your own at home, where you can also build on these skills.

Not at this time. I’m intentionally holding my workshops in person. I do believe in online learning and gathering; however, at this time, I feel that as a collective, we need to be gathering in person more often. There is an epidemic of loneliness in the Western world, and I hope that, in my small way, I can help overcome that.
However, I am open to offering an online, prerecorded class at some point. If this interests you and you want to stay updated on new offerings, sign up for my emails here.

Absolutely! I ask that we schedule a brief call to discuss your event. I will then provide you with a quote for the event via email.
If you’d like to proceed with booking, an agreement will be forwarded along with a payment request.
All art-making supplies will be provided. Access to water and tables to work from is the host’s responsibility.
I focused on the silence while making this painting. I turned off all external input (podcasts, music, audiobooks, etc.) to focus on what I truly needed to hear.
We take in so much; however, do we ever allow for silence so that we can hear what we need to hear?
30 × 30” mixed-media on a gallery-wrapped canvas, in a natural wood floating frame. With the frame it measures 31.5 × 31.5”. A fantastic statement piece.
Varnished and signed. Each painting also includes a certificate of authenticity.
