Express Yourself is a mixed media art experience designed for young women aged 17 to 22 who are ready to take a break from the overwhelming digital world and tune into their voice instead. Reconnect with your creativity, quiet the inner critic, and build confidence in your unique voice.

Through paint, collage, and playful mark-making, you’ll learn to trust your instincts, embrace the mess, and express yourself freely — no perfection required.

This workshop is about self-expression, not self-judgment.

You’ll leave with a piece of art that reflects who you are right now — beautifully imperfect, honest, and uniquely yours.

- We gather for 2.5 hours during which you will disconnect from technology, connect with yourself and others, and be guided while working on a 12 × 12 canvas panel, creating a unique piece of art that is as unique as you are.
- NO PREVIOUS ART EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
- All supplies are included. Beverages and snacks will be served.
