Art for Anxiety

Leave your worries at home for one day, gather with others, be CREATIVE, and invite a sense of calm into your being.

I will guide and coach you through somatic (mind-body) and specific art-making practices that include painting, collaging, making intuitive marks, and exploring automatic writing that will alleviate anxiousness and bring you back to yourself and into a flow state while creating beautiful and personal works of art.

You will also leave with simple practices that you can use at home, a gift of art supplies to implement what you learned at home, and tips and tools for making CREATIVITY a way of life, specifically to navigate the overwhelm and anxiety of today’s modern life.

All supplies are included.

A light lunch is served, and beverages and snacks will be available during the workshop.

An intimate (max 6 participants) gathering in my home (Thornhill Woods - address is provided in confirmation email) from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
